Cancellation & Refund Policy – Paak Pehnawa

Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Returns/Exchanges:

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn, unwashed items with tags intact.
  • Items on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for return/exchange.

Refunds:

  • No Refunds are processed
